Company Overview: YRAL is a Social Media Monetization Platform focused on empowering content creators through exceptional events and brand collaborations. We are seeking a passionate and organized Event Management Intern to join our team and assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events that bring together content creators and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Creators Outreach:
• Reach out to potential content creators for upcoming events and collaborations.
• Maintain and manage relationships with content creators, ensuring regular communication and engagement.
• Assist in curating a diverse and vibrant community of creators.
2.Event Planning and Execution:
• Support the planning and organization of events, both virtual and in-person.
• Assist in developing event agendas, schedules, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and AV setup.
3.Brand Coordination:
• Communicate and coordinate with brand partners for event sponsorships and collaborations.
• Assist in managing brand relationships and ensuring mutual benefits from partnerships.
4.Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and event details using Excel and Notion.
• Assist in creating and updating databases of content creators and brands.
Must-Have Skills:
1.Strong Communication Skills
2.Proficiency in Excel and Notion
3.Organizational Skills
4.Interpersonal Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Event management, marketing, or a related field.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and influencer marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
