Role: Event Management Intern
Location: Bangalore, India
Type: Event-wise (Flexible scheduling based on event requirements)
Compensation: Paid
Responsibilities:
• Event Setup: Ensure all event setups are completed on time, including venue preparation, equipment arrangement, and decor setup.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with different teams and vendors to ensure timely arrivals and smooth operations during the event.
• Event Management: Oversee the event’s proceedings, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and addressing any issues that arise.
• Venue Visits: Visit the venue prior to the event to perform site inspections and pre-event preparations.
• Post-Event Pack up: Supervise the pack up process, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly handled and the venue is left in good condition.
