As an Event Management Executive, you will assume a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing a wide spectrum of events. Responsibilities:
1- Plan and coordinate various types of events, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
2- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event objectives and budget constraints.
3- Develop comprehensive event plans, including budgets and timelines.
4- Source and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for event services and materials.
5- Oversee all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection to catering and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
