Client Relationship Management:

• Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
• Timeline Management: Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and the event is executed smoothly.
Budget Management:
• Budget Creation: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and the event remains within financial constraints.
• Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of the event.
Marketing and Promotion:
• Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance, using various channels such as social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
