Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including,seminars, and corporate gatherings.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
Support the team in creating event schedules, agendas, and timelines.
Help manage event budgets and track expenses.
Participate in onsite event setup, management, and teardown.
Conduct research and gather information to support event planning and decision-making.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities for events.
Provide administrative support as needed, including managing RSVPs and maintaining event databases.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
Prior experience in event planning or related fields is a plus
