The ideal candidate will have strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, as well as proficiency in MS-PowerPoint, MS-Office, and MS-Excel.
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers
• Manage guest lists and RSVPs
• Create and update event materials in MS-PowerPoint
• Conduct research on event trends and best practices
• Provide on-site support during events
• Assist with post-event evaluation and feedback collection
