About the internship:
As an Event Management intern at Flamingo Communications India Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your skills in Effective Communication and Manpower Planning. Your role will involve coordinating and executing various events, from corporate functions to Wedding Event, while ensuring seamless communication and efficient resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
2. Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear expectations and timely updates.
3. Develop detailed manpower plans, assigning roles and responsibilities to team members.
4. Monitor event progress and make real-time adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate event strategies into overall brand campaigns.
6. Analyze event feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and future planning.
7. Support the team in administrative tasks, such as budget tracking and post-event evaluations.
