About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and guest registration.
2. Support the creation of event timelines, budgets, and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
3. Communicate with clients, vendors, and participants to ensure the smooth execution of events.
4. Help market and promote events through social media and other channels.
5. Assist in on-site event management, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
6. Conduct post-event evaluations and analyses to identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for future events.
