Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning and organization of events, including logistics, scheduling, and venue arrangements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Help manage event setup, including décor, audio-visual equipment, and seating arrangements.
• Support the creation of event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional content.
• Monitor event timelines and assist in resolving any issues that arise during events.
• Conduct research on industry trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Assist with post-event tasks including debriefs, feedback collection, and report generation.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event management software.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
