Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assisting in the planning and execution of events, from concept development to logistics coordination.
• Collaborating with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop creative event concepts.
• Managing communication with vendors, sponsors, and attendees to ensure a successful event experience.
• Utilizing your strong English proficiency (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Participating in event setup and breakdown, including stage management and anchoring duties.
• Conducting post-event evaluations to analyze successes and areas for improvement.
• Providing general support to the event management team as needed.
