About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist in the planning and execution of events.
Help with event logistics, including setup, registration, etc.
Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth event operations.
Support event promotion efforts through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
Greet and assist attendees, providing information and addressing any questions or concerns.
Help manage event materials, such as signage, brochures, and giveaways.
Assist in monitoring event timelines and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Collect feedback from attendees and provide input for post-event evaluations and reports.
Support the events team with various tasks and projects as needed.
Skill(s) required
English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Event Management MS-Office
