About the job:
The 'Event Operations Coordinator' will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of SEES events, with a focus on seamless execution. You will help manage large-scale events like Mommyfest India, and clients like Nestle, AWS, and GoodWeensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for SEES events, including venue and vendor management.
2. Vendor sourcing and ideas for event pitches and budget preparation
3. Oversee on-ground event operations during the event day.
4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely execution of event plans.
5. Manage vendor communications and logistics timelines.
6. Create event reports and handle post-event evaluations.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event operations.
• Support the event manager in logistical arrangements such as transportation, accommodation, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
• Help in creating and distributing event materials, including invitations, programs, and promotional items.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues.
• Monitor and track event budgets and expenses.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
• Assist with post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback and compiling reports.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining event records.
