Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in planning and executing events, including seminars, conferences, and workshops.
• Coordinate with speakers, panelists, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
• Arrange and manage event venues, including setup, audiovisual needs, and seating arrangements.
• Support logistics, including registration, guest list management, and on-site coordination.
• Assist in preparing event materials, such as agendas, presentations, and promotional content.
