About the internship:
As an Event Management intern at TCP Advertising, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizing and executing successful events. Your proficiency in MS-Office and PowerPoint, as well as your strong written and spoken English skills, will be essential in supporting our team. 1. Assist in creating event proposals and presentations using MS-PowerPoint.
2. Coordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings and vendor management.
3. Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers, maintaining professional relationships.
4. Support the team in managing event budgets and tracking expenses using MS-Excel.
5. Assist in on-site event coordination, ensuring a smooth and successful execution.
6. Conduct post-event evaluations and compile feedback for future improvements.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
