Event Management Lead

CAB Experiences is seeking a highly skilled Event Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our client servicing function, you will be responsible for planning and organizing events that exceed our clients' expectations. Responsibilities: • Understand requirements and details of each event, ensuring seamless execution. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and wants, delivering tailored solutions. • Plan and coordinate events within financial and time constraints, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness. • Lead a team of event coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event outcomes. • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms, ensuring exceptional value for our clients. • Manage all event operations, including venue preparation, invitations, food, drinks, and overall logistics. • Track event expenses regularly, preparing accurate budget reports to inform future event planning. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will require: • 3-6 years of experience in Event Management, preferably in a client servicing function. • A proven track record as an event coordinator or similar role, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • A portfolio of successful events, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality experiences. • Excellent vendor management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results. • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance, driving success and contributing to the company's growth. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex event challenges. • A strong team player with good time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • A degree in Event Management or a relevant field is preferred, but not essential.
