1. Develop and present creative and unique design concepts that align with the clients' vision, incorporating various themes, color schemes, and styles.
2. Create detailed design proposals and presentations.
3. Research and stay updated on the latest wedding decor trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative and fresh ideas.
4. Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design process.
5. Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess venues, identify potential design challenges, and develop solutions to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.
6. Liaise with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
1. Event planning and event management skills.
2. Communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Detail-oriented and organized.
5. Experience with event planning software is a plus.
6. Currently pursuing a degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
