About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Event staff/crew/event hostess/event usher/event promoter/event volunteers:
1. Help with guest registration, check-in and check-out, and greeting guests.
2. Show attendees their places and provide support to other event workers.
3. Solve issues that may arise and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons.
4. Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products or services.
5. Collect a database of customers and fill out feedback forms.
6. Manage crowd flow and distribute product samples, brochures, flyers, etc.
B. Production supervisor/runner/production assistant/event volunteers:
1. Fulfill event requirements like checking electricity and ensuring area cleaning.
2. Assist with event manager requirements related to office administration and purchasing of products or materials needed at the event area.
3. Prepare venues, set up chairs and stages for events, and help in logistical management.

Stipend:
INR ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
