As an event management - preschool intern at SPACE For Early Childhood Education, you will have the opportunity to showcase your English proficiency in both spoken and written form, as well as your skills in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Your effective communication abilities in Hindi and Marathi will also be put to use in this dynamic role.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in planning and organizing various preschool events and activities
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events
• Create engaging presentations and materials using MS Office tools
• Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue booking and equipment setup
• Assist in marketing and promoting events to parents and the community
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Collect feedback and evaluate the success of events to improve future planning and execution
