Main Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage complex event projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate event logistics, marketing, and technical aspects.
• Technical Production:
• Manage technical production, including AV, lighting, sound, and special effects.
• Ensure seamless execution of all event components, including branding, staging, and entertainment.
• Budget Control:
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to client expectations and industry standards.
• Monitor spending and implement cost-effective solutions to maintain high-quality event experiences.
• Client Service:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event production process.
• Provide regular updates to clients on event progress, addressing any concerns or last-minute changes.
