As an Event Management Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the launch and success of e-Hackathons, working with agencies to create campaign materials, and analyzing e-Hackathon performance data to extract valuable insights.
About the Role
• Support in launching e-Hackathons and making them successful by aiding in challenge statement formulation and providing guidance for achieving high participant engagement.
• Work with agencies to create collaterals and campaign material to develop awareness.
• Analyze e-Hackathon performance data to extract valuable insights for process improvements and enhancing user experiences.
• Partner with the IT team to ensure the timely and successful implementation of the e-Hackathon platform features, enhancements and improvements.
• Continuously seek feedback from various participants and stakeholders to refine the program design and deliver better outcomes.
Candidate Specifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 3-6 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Effective project management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Teams' advanced features.
