• Coordinate and work on budget management for the event
• Manage the event execution team
• Manage key relationships with third-party vendors and contractors from Pune, Maharashtra
• Coordinate event communications including branding, online and offline marketing
• Handle event collaterals, event evaluation and reporting, and profit and loss analysis
