Key Responsibilities
Work on client servicing, interface and coordination
Bring out your creative and aesthetic side
Plan theme parties and spaces along with props to be used with it
Work on banner and artwork design
Make Excel sheets on design plan, timelines, props list to be arranged, vendor coordination
Execution of entire event: overseeing everything is being done as per design and plan
Plan and execute logistics of team and vendors
Manage A-Z of events and be a right hand man to your senior
Calculate events on fingertips (will be taught initially)
Marketing and sales: Converting digital leads and sharing all profiles with clients
Note: Incentives on convertions
