Job description
The Event Management Intern will support the planning,
setup, and live execution of virtual events by assisting with event logistics,
coordination, and platform operations. This role is suited for a candidate who
is organized, detail -oriented, and comfortable working with virtual meeting
tools in a fast -paced environment.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
• Support
end -to -end setup and coordination of virtual events.
<\/li>
• Assist
in scheduling, configuring, and managing online meetings and webinars
using Teams or any other similar platforms.
<\/li>
• Manage
live event controls, including attendee permissions, mute/unmute, screen
sharing, and recordings.
<\/li>
• Support
breakout room setup, monitoring, transitions, and closures during live
sessions.
<\/li>
• Assist
presenters and moderators with technical coordination before and during
events.
<\/li>
• Monitor
attendance, manage participant queries, and support basic troubleshooting.
<\/li>
• Ensure
event checklists and readiness steps are completed prior to session start.
<\/li>
• Maintain post -event documentation, attendance
logs, and recordings<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
• Pursuing
or completed a bachelor's degree in any field.
<\/li>
• Good
organizational and communication skills.
<\/li>
• Eagerness
to learn and take initiative.
<\/li><\/ul>
Stipend details:<\/b>
<\/div>
During the training Period (3 months) - INR 10,000/ - per month, purely subject to your performance and contribution. This decision of stipend eligibility lies with the concerned Department Head.
<\/div>
Month 4 – Full time offer or termination of Internship (based on performance and evaluation during the Internship period)
<\/div>
<\/div>
During the Intern period, we'll be doing a monthly performance review and will be sharing feedback monthly.
<\/div>
Upon completion of the internship period, solely depending upon performance and deliverables during the contract phase, we may be able to convert this into a full -time employment.
