???? What You’ll Do
• Take charge of end-to-end event planning and execution
• Work directly with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life
• Coordinate with vendors for decor, catering, venues, gifts, photography, etc.
• Build and manage event budgets and timelines
• Supervise on-ground event setups and ensure smooth execution
• Stay on top of trends to keep PartyVerse events fresh and exciting
• Handle any hiccups with a cool head and a problem-solving mindset
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in event management or similar roles
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (it’s party time!)
• Love for celebrations, themes, and making people smile
• Bonus if you’ve got a solid vendor network or prior B2C event experience
