Job Summary:
Pratush Web Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events including promotional, corporate, and branding activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizing memorable events, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly and meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and execute events (corporate, promotional, branding, and client engagement).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align event objectives with business goals.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics end-to-end.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
• Handle post-event reporting and performance analysis.
• Innovate new event formats and experiences to enhance company branding and client satisfaction.
• Supervise on-site event staff and manage real-time problem-solving during events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in event planning and execution.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools/software.
• Willingness to travel for on-site event management when needed.
Preferred Traits:
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities to manage teams and vendor relations.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
