Role: Event Planner (Freelance/Contract)
Duration: 2–3 Months
Location: [Gurgoan - Onsite]
We are looking for an experienced Event Planner to manage and execute our upcoming events over the next 2–3 months.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events end-to-end.
• Manage vendors, venues, logistics, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for branding, creatives, and promotions.
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution and post-event reporting.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in event planning/management.
• Prior experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
• Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events within timelines.
Engagement: Freelance / Contract (2–3 months)
Compensation: To be discussed as per experience.
