Description:
THE ROLE
As an Event Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth coordination and management of assigned events, maintaining strong client relationships and supporting repeat business. You’ll ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of assigned events from planning through to execution.
Preparing event orders and distributing to relevant departments.
Liaising with clients to ensure requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
Coordinating site inspections and client meetings.
Maintaining accurate records in Momentus and other systems.
Monitoring service quality and resolving issues with diplomacy and tact.
Supporting sales with repeat business and short-lead enquiries.
Preparing monthly forecasts and reports.
ABOUT YOU
You’re highly organised, detail-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sound computer skills.
Ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
Previous experience with event management systems (Momentus and Event Draw desirable).
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Full Australian working rights are required for this position in addition to a probity check.
