Job Description - Event Manager
Company - Absolute Merchatronics
Salary – 25K to 40K
Gender – Female only (Unmarried)
Location - Mumbai Western
Responsibilities:
1. Sponsorship Acquisition:
o Identify and approach potential sponsors.
o Develop and present compelling sponsorship proposals.
o Negotiate sponsorship agreements to maximize benefits for both parties.
o Maintain strong relationships with sponsors and ensure fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables.
2. Strategic Planning:
o Develop strategic plans for events, aligning them with business objectives.
o Conduct market research to understand trends and attendee preferences.
o Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
o Evaluate event performance and provide post-event analysis and reports.
3. Business Events and Parties:
o Plan and execute high-quality business events and parties, such as corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and networking events.
o Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event execution.
o Manage event logistics, including registration, transportation, accommodation, and catering.
o Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in securing sponsorships for events.
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in event planning
