Manager - Weddings & Events
Location: Sirsi Road, Jaipur
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Events
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Wedding & Events Manager to lead our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and executing exceptional weddings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee all aspects of wedding and event planning, from conceptualization to execution.
• Build and lead a high-performing events team.
• Develop and manage detailed event budgets and timelines.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, venues, and entertainment.
• Ensure flawless event execution through meticulous on-site management.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in wedding and event management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative flair and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event planning software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
