Designation - Community Associate / Manager Location - JaipurSalary - Hike ( 15 to 20 %)Responsibilities:1. Event Planning and Management: Plan and manage a diverse range of eventsand activities for the college community, including sports, arts, culturalcelebrations, and entertainment, ensuring engagement and effectivecommunication of event messages.2. Calendar Management: Develop and maintain the events calendar for thecollege, aligning activities with specified budgets and ensuring a balanced mixof indoor and outdoor events.3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with L1 Connects,internal stakeholders, and external vendors to facilitate seamless execution ofplanned activities.4. Marketing and Communication: Collaborate with the marketing and brandingteam to develop communication strategies for promoting college initiativesand events through various channels, including social media and mailing lists.5. Performance Tracking: Track and monitor participation, gather studentfeedback, and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of each activity, usingmeasurable metrics to continually improve community engagement efforts.6. Client Liaison: Liaise with college management and students to understandevent requirements, produce detailed event proposals including timelines,budgets, and vendor considerations, and address client queries to ensuresmooth execution.7. Vendor Management: Research vendors and contractors, negotiate prices, andhire services as needed for event logistics, ensuring cost-effective solutionswithout compromising quality.8. Team Management: Manage a team of staff involved in event coordination,providing comprehensive briefings and support to ensure successful eventexecution.+.
