WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Event Planner & PR Specialist to join our thriving client in the SaaS / AI space. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to move into a forward-thinking organisation with an international presence operating in 35 countries!
This role focuses on managing company participation in high-profile tech events, ensuring optimal lead generation and maximizing event investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute industry-leading events, from booth setup to promotional materials.
Develop event strategies that align with brand goals and drive lead generation.
Manage event budgets, ensuring resource optimization across different event tiers.
Collaborate with vendors for booth logistics and travel coordination for event staff.
Oversee PR activities, including press releases, media exposure, and event coverage.
What You Bring:
5+ years of event planning and PR experience, ideally in the tech or IoT space.
Strong B2B event management skills with a focus on lead generation.
Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously while staying on top of logistics and budgets.
Excellent communication skills, both for internal coordination and media relations.
