We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Manager to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a passion for creating memorable experiences, and the ability to handle clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent client handling and satisfaction.
Conduct client meetings to understand event requirements, goals, and budgets.
Develop creative event concepts and plans tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders for seamless event execution.
Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency.
Oversee on-site event operations, addressing issues and ensuring smooth execution.
Gather post-event feedback and prepare reports to improve service quality.
Key Skills and Requirements:-
3+ years of experience in event management or a related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
