Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee a wide range of events, ensuring they are executed flawlessly from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and plans
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for each event
Oversee on-site event setup, management, and breakdown
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Promote events through various channels and manage event marketing efforts
Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency with event management software and MS Office Suite
Valid driver’s license is preferred
