Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event planning and production, with a strong background in managing all aspects of event execution. From concept development to onsite coordination, the Event Production Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of each event.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and vision

· Develop comprehensive event production plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of all event logistics

· Oversee event setup and teardown, including stage design, lighting, sound, and AV equipment

· Manage onsite staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support throughout the event

· Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the event and implement effective solutions

· Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production or management

· Proven track record of successfully executing a variety of events, from corporate conferences to live performances

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

· Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
