• 1–3 years of experience in event management, media, or startup ecosystem
• Experience in handling corporate or industry events preferred
• Exposure to media, entertainment, startup, or investor ecosystem is a plus

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Problem-solving mindset under pressure
• Willingness to travel and work on-ground during events
