Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, business administration, or related field. Proven experience in event management, with a track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of events. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events that exceed client expectations. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
