We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Event Manager to serve as the main point of contact for clients hosting events at our oceanfront hotel. From planning to execution, you’ll ensure every detail is in place and every guest leaves impressed. You’ll also play a key role in upselling premium catering packages and event enhancements that elevate the guest experience—and your commission earnings.
What You’ll Do:
Be the on-site liaison between the client and hotel teams for weddings, meetings, and social events
Manage event logistics, from BEOs to on-the-ground coordination
Communicate effectively with Sales, Culinary, Banquets, and Operations teams
Conduct walkthroughs, tastings, pre-cons, and post-event follow-up
Recommend and upsell menu upgrades, bar enhancements, decor options, and additional services to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
Ensure every event reflects Hilton brand standards and Shamin’s TOP values
Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules

Required:
Minimum 3 years of in-person customer service experience in hospitality, events, or a client-facing environment
Proven availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
Demonstrated alignment with our TOP values:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience in hotel, venue, or catering event coordination
Familiarity with Hilton systems, BEO processes, or A/V and banquet setups
Experience working with cross-functional hotel teams (Sales, Culinary, Ops, etc.)
