Job Title: Event Manager
Job Location: New Delhi
Salary: 4LPA-7LPA
UK Shift: 2PM-11PM
Male Preferred
Responsibilities:
• Development, production, and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
• Research on locations and event choices for multiple cities
• Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
• Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
• Managing supplier relationships
• Travel to locations to source contacts if required
• Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team
• Working out event budget, and logistics (Hotel. venue, catering, etc)
• Managing an effective event management campaign
• Managing registrants
• On-the-day management
• Ensuring that on the day logistics are running smoothly (catering, venue, equipment)
• Managing event staff to help mark attendance, run speeches, provide attendee support, collect sign ups etc.
• Sending SMS communications to attendees when needed (last minute venue changes, parking notices etc)
• Post-event communication, reporting & analysis
• Managing post-event marketing/communications (‘thank you for coming’ email, feedback surveys, etc)
Reviewing reports
• Analyzing feedback and report data to measure whether event goal was achieved
• Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
Qualification Required
· In-depth understanding of event management procedures
· Excellent organizational and coordination skills
· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
· Proficiency in digital event promotion tools such as social media channels
· Customer service skills
· Understanding of key performance indicators in events management
· Proficiency in project management tools
· Flexibility to work late or attend an event if required.
· Excellent multitasking and task prioritization skills
· Minimum 3 years work experience in an event role
