The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing promotional, corporate, entertainment, and media events that align with our brand strategy and engage our audience Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, plan, and execute media and promotional events including product launches, press conferences, award shows, and public engagements. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, production) and external vendors (agencies, venues, logistics). Develop event strategies aligned with brand and audience objectives. Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end. Negotiate with vendors and ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations. Handle media coverage, guest management, and celebrity/influencer coordination. Ensure seamless on-ground execution and audience engagement. Analyze event outcomes and provide post-event reports and insights. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field. 3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a media or entertainment environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Creative thinker with attention to detail. Comfortable working under pressure and flexible with work hours. Proficient in MS Office, budgeting tools, and project management software. Preferred Skills Experience with on-air or televised events. Network of vendors and contacts in the media and entertainment industry.
