Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team in the heart of Miami.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable events and a proven track record in managing both B2C and B2B events.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute end-to-end event projects for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Develop and present compelling decks and proposals to communicate event concepts.
Create detailed budgets for events and meticulously track expenses throughout each project.
Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for our clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are met.
Coordinate with and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure high-quality services at competitive rates.
Utilize CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools (e.g., monday.com) to streamline workflows and manage client relationships.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Proactively solve problems and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Travel as required to attend client meetings, vendor sessions, and on-site event management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing B2C and B2B events, preferably gained in an agency setting.
Proven ability to develop budgets, track expenses, and serve as a key client liaison.
Demonstrated experience coordinating vendors, creating professional decks, and negotiating contracts.
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and project management tools like monday.com.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player with a strategic mindset.
Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Availability to travel as needed.
Spanish language skills are a nice-to-have, enhancing communication with diverse client groups.
