Job Title – Sr.Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager- Operations
Number of Job Positions - 1
Location – Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Job type – Full Time
Experience: 4 -5 years
Education: Graduation preferred
Expectation:
Complete Event Production & Operations Knowledge, effective know how of material
sourcing.
Should be Presentable and able to communicate in English.
Making Estimates
Own set of vendors, Vendor Management
Job responsibilities – Operations Department
1. Research and Development on current events and updating the same to Director.
2. Vendor Management.
3. Celebrity & Artist Management.
4. Update on latest technologies.
5. Coordination with clients & Vendors (externally) and Client servicing Department / Creative Department
(internally)
6. Manpower management.
7. Making power point presentations as per client brief.
8. Contribute with cost effective and realistic ideas in the concept ideation process.
+. Maintaining minutes during client meetings.
10. Accurate communication of work brief from Client Servicing Department to Director
11. Venue reccee prior to events and execution of events.
12. Updating of event videos and photographs in company database.
13. Making Estimates for Event
14. Know –how of event fabrication & production
15. Know how of Event Technical’s
16. Making post profit estimates
Please note: It is expected that the candidate knows the current market prices and
how to make event estimate.
Technical skills: Excel, Word, Power point
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
