Event Management
Plan and execute our annual flagship event and 4-5 quarterly events (internal & external)
Manage complete event lifecycle from conceptualization to post-event analysis
Coordinate logistics, venue selection, catering, and attendee management
Vendor & Procurement Management
Source, evaluate, and manage marketing vendors and service providers
Negotiate contracts and obtain competitive quotations
Maintain vendor database and performance metrics
Operations & Administration
Maintain comprehensive marketing data and event databases
Manage corporate gifting strategies and inventory
Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables across all marketing initiatives
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in marketing operations, event management, or related field
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience with vendor management and procurement processes
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in data management and reporting tools
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
