Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute luxury in-store and offsite events aligned with brand positioning
• Conceptualize experiential marketing initiatives (product launches, tastings, seasonal campaigns, VIP events)
• Coordinate with vendors, chefs, agencies, malls, and partners for flawless event execution
• Manage event budgets, negotiations, and cost optimization
• Work closely with marketing, retail, and operations teams for event planning and promotions
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience excellence during events
• Handle guest lists, influencer engagement, and client invitations
• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports (ROI, engagement, sales impact)
• Maintain relationships with luxury event partners, venues, and suppliers
Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience in event management, preferably in luxury retail, F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of luxury customer experience and brand presentation
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines
Preferred Profile
• Experience in premium/luxury food brands, gourmet retail, hotels, or hospitality
• Exposure to influencer and PR-driven events
• Good presentation and reporting skills
Education
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
