Role Description
This is a Full-time on-site role located in Bangalore. We are looking for a Project Manager - Events to plan and execute a variety of events. As a project manager in our team, you will be responsible for certain key projects and take complete ownership to ensure they are well executed and clients are retained. Here's some information about your responsibility:
• Managing all aspects of certain key event projects that are assigned
• Understand the clients requirements
• Being the link between the client and production team
• Conducting a recce with the client and production team
• Preparing a presentation for the client
• Working with agencies and briefing them if necessary
• Prepare and own the detailed event checklist, event flow and manpower allocation
• Creating a post event report
• Building a relationship with the client to generate future business
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in event management
• Excellent organizational and planning skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining superb quality of work
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skillsCompany Description
