Event Manager Role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing events, workshops, and seminars to drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with the leadership team

• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and institutions to conduct seminars and workshops

• Conduct seminars and workshops on government exams and skills in partnership with the leadership team

• Implement canopy and counseling activities in colleges to generate inquiries

• Distribute flyers and generate inquiries outside coaching centers, colleges, and parks in high-student density areas

• Source leads across the city from various sources such as libraries/book stores/cyber cafes/photocopyers

• Create hooks for partnerships in lead sharing and conversion

• Organize local events for inquiry generation across high-student density areas

• Launch new centers and activate regular centers for generating desired spikes in inquiries

• Arrange common student workshops and seminars for lead nurturing

Eligibility Criteria:

• Extensive experience in school/college partnerships, conducting seminars, and small-scale events, as well as leads generation activities

• At least 5 years of experience in the industry

• Previous experience leading teams in lead generation activities

• Presentation skills to secure college tie-ups and represent the brand

• Prior experience required, as the individual will start working immediately upon onboarding
