Our client is a marketing and advertising agency that is part of a large agency network globally. Events management is its core offering and since its inception, they have been working with top tech companies worldwide to execute large-scale events and conferences.
Some of its clients include Salesforce, HP, Dell, Splunk, Tableau, and Redhat.
The Singapore team is deeply rooted in family values and fosters a supportive environment. They have a strong track record of retaining global clients but they are also always pitching on things, hence learning and creativity never stops.

The Role
Working with the Event Director, your primary responsibility is to manage and organize events including trade and hospitality events, conferences, exhibitions, and virtual/ hybrid events from conception to completion across the Asia Pacific region. You are also expected to:
• Conduct market research, gather information, and develop proposals and presentations for events.
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors including logistics, equipment, entertainment, and venues across the Asia Pacific region.
• Manage on-site operations, production, technical and manpower management to ensure smooth delivery of the physical events
• Create, customize, and configure virtual event pages. Upload content and create custom virtual meeting layouts and event flows.

The person we are looking for is an excellent executor, producer, and client manager all rolled into one.
We are also looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in regional event management - physical, virtual, or hybrid.
We're looking for an Event Manager with demonstrable success in show calling and managing any of the following:
• B2B MICE events/ conferences
• Large-scale tech conferences (up to 5000 people)
• CEO luncheon programs
• Product launches
• Keynote plenaries
•
