Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Marketing Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives around corporate events, trade shows, product launches, and brand activations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning & Execution:
• Coordinate logistics for corporate events, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Manage pre-event planning including budgeting, vendor negotiations, permits, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align event objectives with brand goals.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Design and execute multi-channel event promotion strategies (email, social media, digital campaigns, PR).
• Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, booth designs, and giveaways.
• Lead Generation & ROI Tracking:
• Capture leads during events and ensure timely follow-up.
• Track KPIs and ROI of events, preparing performance reports and insights for future planning.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise with venue managers, catering companies, decorators, tech support, and other vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of all outsourced services.
• On-site Management:
• Ensure smooth operations on event days including registrations, booth setups, and attendee experience.
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time and manage event staff and volunteers.
Key Deliverables:
• Event marketing plan with timelines, goals, and estimated budgets.
• Vendor coordination checklist and contracts.
• Pre- and post-event promotional material.
• On-site management plan (run-of-show, staffing, and logistics).
• Post-event report with performance analytics, attendee feedback, and ROI insights.
• Lead capture and CRM entry/follow-up strategy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in event marketing or coordination.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Canva, HubSpot/CRM, and event platforms like Eventbrite, Cvent, etc.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,256.02 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
