Event Ideation & Strategy: Conceptualize innovative, brand-aligned event ideas that resonate with our audience and business goals be it Hackathons, workshops, activations, campus events, or corporate engagements ? Flow Design: Build the complete event journeyfrom first touchpoint to exit experienceensuring its engaging, impactful, and well-branded ? Ownership & Planning: Take full ownership of event planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment ? Brand Experience: Ensure every event delivers a consistent and memorable brand experienceboth visually and experientially ? Collaboration: Work with internal teams (design, content, ops, sales) and external partners to bring the event vision to life ? Post-Event Review: Analyze event success, gather feedback, and extract learnings for future improvements ? Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English. Bonus if proficient in Tamil or Telugu for regional engagements Must-Have Qualifications: ? 2 years of experience in Event Marketing, with exposure to both large and small-scale event formats ?
