Role Description

This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Provide on-ground support for all events & engagements

 Negotiate for the most feasible & cost effective venues

 Expertise in drafting event related communication- Theme, Invite, thank you letters, agenda, feedback form

 One POC for suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment  Source, negotiate & coordinate logistical elements of the event

 Estimate for an event budget and process invoices

 Anticipate attendee needs and make arrangements accordingly

 Manage post-event reports

 Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success  Coordinate operations to ensure smooth delivery of every event

 Supervise all staff on the day of events (AV team, hotel, caterers, artists etc.)

 Do a thorough check of event arrangements with all stakeholders involved

 Actively participate in planning employee engagement activities

 Have good grip on oral & written communication

Experience and Skills

 Post graduate/ Graduate from a reputed institution with around 3-4 years of work experience in conference planning

 Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse natures

 Smart & sharp candidate with meticulous attention to detail

 Pleasant personality and communication skills

 Excellent organizational skills

 A knack for problem-solving

 Customer-service orientation

 Flexibility to travel as needed

 Executive presence and assertiveness.

 Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.

 Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
