Role Description
This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide on-ground support for all events & engagements
Negotiate for the most feasible & cost effective venues
Expertise in drafting event related communication- Theme, Invite, thank you letters, agenda, feedback form
One POC for suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment Source, negotiate & coordinate logistical elements of the event
Estimate for an event budget and process invoices
Anticipate attendee needs and make arrangements accordingly
Manage post-event reports
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success Coordinate operations to ensure smooth delivery of every event
Supervise all staff on the day of events (AV team, hotel, caterers, artists etc.)
Do a thorough check of event arrangements with all stakeholders involved
Actively participate in planning employee engagement activities
Have good grip on oral & written communication
Experience and Skills
Post graduate/ Graduate from a reputed institution with around 3-4 years of work experience in conference planning
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse natures
Smart & sharp candidate with meticulous attention to detail
Pleasant personality and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
A knack for problem-solving
Customer-service orientation
Flexibility to travel as needed
Executive presence and assertiveness.
Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
