• Duties & Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing, brainstorming and creating detailed presentations/concept notes.
- Planning activations/dcor with detailed checklists and ensuring quality and smooth executions.
- Coordinating with vendors, partners and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Creatives and artwork coordination with the agencies.
- Working on costing, budgets, and negotiations with vendors/partners.
- Creating opportunities for tie ups, associations, sponsorships, barters, etc. for the centers.
- Ensuring excellent customer experience and quality delivery.
• Specifications (Skills & Competencies)
- Experience in the event industry.
- Conceptualization skills.
- Open to learn and willing to explore.
- Eye for details and quality conscious.
Qualification: Specialization in Events
Overall Experience 3-5 years
Type of industry Event Management/Retail (Luxury Segment)
Essential Experience 3 years with excellent communication skills with pleasing personality.
Age: not more than 30 years.
